O Relatório que aqui se apresenta pretende retratar de forma crítico-reflexiva o percurso de desenvolvimento e consolidação de competências comuns e específicas, no âmbito do Terceiro Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica da Escola Superior de Enfermagem de São José de Cluny. Assim, evidenciam-se as aprendizagens significativas ocorridas no contexto do Estágio I Serviço de Urgência e reflete-se sobre as experiências vivenciadas que permitiram a creditação da experiência profissional de mais de 31 anos em ambiente de Cuidados Intensivos; finalmente, no Estágio de Opção, tendo como referência o Plano de Autoformação desenvolvido e implementado, espelham-se as experiências vividas tendo como objetivo sistematizar a intervenção paliativa em Medicina Intensiva. Trata-se de uma estratégia que visa humanizar o cuidado, num contexto em que predomina a sofisticação tecnológica e o objetivo da cura prevalece.
Como metodologia para a elaboração do relatório, utilizou-se a análise critico-reflexiva e a fundamentação científica, em particular recorrendo à mais recente Evidência Científica, como referenciais para o seu desenvolvimento, recorreu-se às Competências Comuns e Específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica e Padrões de Qualidade dos Cuidados Especializados em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica da Ordem dos Enfermeiros, às Competências de Mestre plasmadas no Decreto-Lei n.º 65/2018 e ainda no Regulamento do Exercício Profissional do Enfermeiro e Código Deontológico do Enfermeiro
This report aims to reflect on the development and consolidation process of general and specific skills, concerning the Third Course of the Master's Degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing of the of the São José de Cluny’s Nursing School. Therefore, this report describes the significant knowledge obtained in the First Internship in the Emergency Department; and reflects on the experiences that allowed the accreditation in Critical Care after more than 31 years of practice. At last, it adresses an Autoformation Plan, which the main goal was to systematize and implement the Palliative Care and Intervention in the Intensive Medicine Unit.. It is a strategy that aims to humanize care, in times where technological sophistication predominates and the curative treatment as the main goal prevails. The methodology used in this report was based on a critical and reflective analysis and on the most recent Scientific Knowledge. The main references were the Common and Specific Skills of the Specialized Nurse in Medical-Surgical Specialty, the Quality Standards of Specialized Care in Medical-Surgical Specialty by the Ordem dos Enfermeiros the Master Skills presented in Decreto-Lei n.º 65/2018, and finally in regulation of professional nursing practice and in Nurses’ Ethics Code.
