Abstract(s)
Os estudos direcionados à área de recursos humanos são de carácter evolutivo, tal como os efeitos das políticas que integram esta área. A perceção dos colaboradores sobre as práticas de RH torna-se vital para o desenvolvimento profissional, diversificação da carreira e parametrização da intenção de permanência, que apresenta-se como um elemento contínuo para a organização. A comunicação interna é uma dessas importantes práticas e a perceção que os colaboradores têm dela merece ser destacada, visto que irá influenciar todos os aspetos da jornada do colaborador, até o momento de intenção de saída.
Posto isto, procura-se identificar a relação das PGRH, das componentes da comunicação interna e as implicações de turnover intention, com o principal objetivo de dar resposta à dificuldade de retenção de colaboradores na empresa Inetum.
Entende-se ser de interesse o aprofundamento dos efeitos diretos e indiretos sobre a intenção de saída, pelo que o presente projeto procura identificar relações de causalidade no processo de RH e comunicação, como também desenvolver medidas para melhorar esta vertente.
Neste projeto contou-se com uma fase prévia de diagnóstico, em que se propõe que a relação entre as PRGH e a intenção de saída é mediada pela comunicação interna.
Cessando todas as análises, provenientes de métodos quantitativos e qualitativos, determinou-se a existência de uma mediação total, em que a avaliação de desempenho, uma das dimensões de PRGH, relaciona-se diretamente com a comunicação interna, e por seguinte, a comunicação interna com a intenção de saída.
Studies towards the human resource area can be seen as an evolution analysis of the area’s effects on its various operations. The perception of employees regarding HR practices is vital for their professional development and career diversification. Besides understanding how the norms are enforced, the perception of internal communication should be given more thought since it will influence all other aspects of the employee’s journey inside the company, even to the point of their intention to leave. With this in mind, we aim to establish and present a clear evolution of HRM, the components of internal communication and the implications of turnover, with the central goal to provide answers to the employee retention issue within the company Inetum. Understanding the interest and value in this topic, regarding the direct and indirect effects of the intention to leave process, this project aims to confirm the causalities in the HR and communication process, as well as develop solutions for this aspect. The project will be supplemented with an investigation portion to reflect the premise being developed, that is, HRM is mediated by internal communication and influences turnover intention. Considering all the analysis, both from quantitative and qualitative methods of investigation, it has been established the existence of a total mediation between the variables. One of the dimensions of HRM correlated directly with internal communication, and in turn, internal communication correlated directly with turnover intention.
