Abstract(s)
O planeamento e dimensionamento de uma estrutura é um processo longo, que passa por
várias etapas e é baseado em estudos e nas regulamentações vigentes. Para conceber uma
estrutura, é necessário realizar uma avaliação que leve em consideração diversos fatores,
como o tipo de utilização da estrutura, sua vida útil, as ações envolvidas, as especificações
impostas pelo cliente e outros fatores relevantes na escolha da solução estrutural.
Ao longo do processo de desenvolvimento de um projeto, diversas especialidades precisam
ser compatibilizadas, tornando o processo complexo e com um grande fluxo de dados, a partir
disso, a metodologia BIM tem como o objetivo centralizar e tratar os dados através de uma
modelo central e colaborativo. Com isso, torna-se possível a elaboração e aprimoramento das
metodologias de trabalho, que visam a maximização e melhor qualidade dos resultados.
Além disso, para a elaboração de um projeto de engenharia, diversos estudos podem ser
abordados de acordo com o nível do empreendimento. Desta forma, através do estudo prático
realizado no estágio, realizou-se o projeto de um edifício hospitalar em Leiria, com o objetivo
da análise de diversas componentes, como por exemplo o estudo comparativo entre soluções
estruturais da laje, tendo como opção a solução de laje maciça e solução de laje com
aligeiramento de Cobiax, sendo estas opções compradas com base na análise económica e
sustentável entre soluções.
A partir de uma solução estrutural determinada, realizou-se a modelação e o estudo de
interoperabilidade entre os softwares Revit e Robot, de modo a obter uma melhor metodologia
de trabalho entre o modelo físico e o modelo analítico da estrutura.
Por fim, será tema de estudo também, o desenvolvimento do dimensionamento estrutural do
edifício através do software de cálculo Robot.
The planning and dimensioning of a structure is a long process, which goes through several stages and is based on studies and current regulations. To design a structure, it is necessary to perform an evaluation that considers several factors, such as the type of use of the structure, its service life, the actions involved, the specifications imposed by the customer and other relevant factors in the choice of the structural solution. Throughout the development process of a project, several specialties need to be made compatible, making the process complex and with a large flow of data, from this, the BIM methodology aims to centralize and treat data through a central and collaborative model. With this, it becomes possible to elaborate and improve work methodologies, which aim to maximize and better quality of results. In addition, for the preparation of an engineering project, several studies can be addressed according to the level of the enterprise. Thus, through the practical study carried out in the internship, the project of a hospital building in Leiria was carried out, with the objective of analysing several components, such as the comparative study between structural solutions of the slab, with the option of solid slab solution and slab solution with Cobiax lightening, and these options are purchased based on economic and sustainable analysis between solutions. From a determined structural solution, the modelling and the study of interoperability between Revit and Robot software was carried out, in order to obtain a better working methodology between the physical model and the analytical model of the structure. Finally, it will also be the subject of study, the development of the structural design of the building through the Robot calculation software.
