Este estudo tem como foco principal o tema do recrutamento e seleção.
Foi realizado durante 2018 num ambiente empresarial onde é notável a mudança
permanente do mercado de trabalho; a Gestão de Recursos Humanos assume
cada vez mais, uma elevada importância na criação e desenvolvimento de
empresas.
Através da realização de um estudo qualitativo, é pretendido dar a
conhecer as características da prática de recrutamento e seleção na PME 360fit.
Esta empresa serve como objeto de estudo, permitindo a constatação dos
factos no contexto empresarial.
Podemos afirmar que existem cada vez mais estudos sobre as práticas
de recrutamento e seleção nas PME´s denotando-se um acrescido interesse
nesta matéria onde este estudo se insere.
O objetivo deste estudo é perceber a salientar características específicas
durante o processo de recrutamento e seleção da empresa 360fit.
Foram referenciadas particularidades do processo de seleção,
nomeadamente sobre entrevistas de seleção, onde foi possível obter
informações quanto a características comuns a todos intervenientes no processo
de R & S.
This dissertation falls within the scope of the master's degree in strategic human resources management, focusing on recruitment and selection. Held during the year 2018, in a business environment where the permanent change of the labor market is remarkable, Human Resources Management is increasingly important in the creation and development of companies. By conducting a qualitative study, it is intended to make known the characteristics of the practice of recruitment and selection in PME 360fit. This company serves as an object of study, allowing the verification of the facts in the business context We can affirm that there are more and more studies on the recruitment and selection practices in SMEs, denoting an increased interest in this matter where this study is inserted. The purpose of this study is to realize the particular characteristics highlight during the process of recruiting and selecting the 360fit company. It is expected to refer to particularities of the selection process, namely on selection interviews, where it is expected to obtain information on the common characteristics that all stakeholders in the R & S process share.
