O trabalho que apresento desenvolveu-se no seguimento da realização de um estágio curricular, na empresa CP, E.P.E do Setor Público.
O objetivo deste trabalho, foi perceber a importância que a Análise e Descrição de Funções tem no contexto de Recursos Humanos e as suas variadas utilidades, percebendo as vantagens e desvantagens. Se pensarmos no estágio, componente prática, a sua intenção foi um primeiro contacto com o mundo laboral, numa empresa de grande dimensão nacional.
Ao longo deste trabalho o grande foco é a Análise e Descrição de funções no Setor Público, apresentando os aspetos positivos e negativos desta prática.
No âmbito do estágio, foi possível colocar o que havia pesquisado (e aprendido em sala de aula) em prática, nomeadamente a construção de um Template de Descritivo Funcional para utilização da organização.
Conclui-se que a Análise e Descrição de Funções é fundamental para maior rentabilidade da organização, na medida que tendo um Descritivo Funcional elaborado, podemos utilizar para várias áreas nomeadamente na área do Planeamento de Recursos Humanos, Avaliação e Desenvolvimento, Remunerações, Desenho da Estrutura Funcional/Organizacional. Também conclui que é necessária uma estruturação flexível dos Templates de Descritivo Funcional e Guião de Entrevista, de modo a ser aplicável a qualquer função.
Este trabalho e o estágio curricular, permitiram-me ainda identificar os aspetos de melhoria do estágio e apresentar propostas de melhorias funcionais e estruturadas, que podem ser colocadas em práticas pela própria empresa na continuidade desse Projeto.
The work I present, was developed by following the completion of a curricular internship at the public sector company CP, E.P.E. The objective of this work was to realize the importance that Analysis and Job Description has in the context of Human Resources and its various uses, realizing the advantages and disadvantages. If we think about the internship, a practical component, his intention was a first contact with the working world, in a large national company. Throughout this work the main focus is the Analysis of Function in the Public Sector, presenting the positive and negative aspects of this practice. As part of the internship, it was possible to put what I had researched (and learned in the classroom) into practice, namely the construction of a Functional Description Template for use by the organization. It is concluded that Analysis and Description of Functions is fundamental for the organization’s greater profitability, as having in elaborated Functional Description, we can use it for several areas, namely in the area of Human Resources Planning, Evaluation and Development, Remuneration, Design of Functional / Organizational Structure. It also concludes that a flexible structuring of the Functional Description Templates and Interview Guide is absolutely necessary, in order to be applicable to any function. This work and the curricular internship, also allowed me to identify the aspects of internship improvement and to present proposals for functional and structured improvements, which can be put into practice by company itself in the continuity of this Project.
