O ambiente económico atual está a ficar cada vez mais competitivo, criando muitos obstáculos na
maioria das organizações. Posicionar no meio da globalização e do avanço cibernético, leva a várias
complexidades organizacionais e desafios para criar estratégias competitivas para o pretendido.
As organizações têm que enfrentar os obstáculos com que se debatem, nas suas atividades, investindo
nos seus produtos, serviços e modelos de negócio de forma a alcançar vantagens competitivas no
mercado onde se inserem. O presente trabalho, objeta fazer uma revisão da literatura existente,
relativamente a alguns conceitos pertinentes para a análise das organizações intra-empreendedoras e,
intui demonstrar neste trabalho o caso pratico da empresa de telecomunicações sediada na cidade da
Praia, Cabo Verde e tem como objetivo geral identificar o nível de intra-empreendedorismo
desenvolvido na CVTelecom recorrendo a um inquérito através do modelo proposto por Hartman
(2006).
Dos resultados obtidos, destacamos que o intraempreendedorismo, como conceito
organizacional, evoluiu substancialmente ao longo dos anos. Esta dissertação evidencia a forma como
várias organizações já adotaram medidas intraempreendedoras para alcançar objetivos distintos e
predefinidos. Uma cultura empresarial assente em iniciativas intraempreendedoras poderá proliferar
no contexto organizacional, se tiver em consideração os seguintes fatores: comunicação, processo
decisório, incentivos/motivação, recompensas, autonomia, liderança, equipes, controle/mensuração, se
uma organização desenvolver uma comunicação interna plausível e um nível de cultura
intraempreendedora para alcançar a escalabilidade no mercado.
The present economic environment is becoming even more competitive, giving origin to many obstacles in most of the organisations. The organization positioning, in the core of the globalisation and cyber progress, origins multiple organizational complexities and the challenge to create competitive strategies for the defined object. Organizations have to face the obstacles they fight for in their activities, investing in their products, services and business models in a way they are able to attain competitive advantages in the market they are. The present work aims to make a revision of the existing literature, related to some pertinent concepts to the analyses of the intrapreneurial organizations and, senses demonstrate in this work the case study of the communications company in Praia city, Cabo Verde and the general objective is to identify the intrapreneurial level developed in CVTelecom employing an inquiry through the model proposed by Hartman, 2006. Intrapreneurship, as an organizational concept, developed substantially through the years. This dissertation shows the way how several organizations had already adopted intrapreneurial measures to attain the different and predefined objects. An organizational culture set down in intrapreneurhip initiatives can proliferate in the organizational context, if we have into consideration the following factors: communication, decision making, incentives/motivation, rewards, autonomy, leadership, teams, control/attention. If an organization develops a plausible internal communication and a level of intrapreneurship culture in order to attain a scalability in the market.
