dc.description.abstract"This 1 Quadrillion (1Q) iteration study by Victor Viegas (CC 10436868) breaks the 'No Activity' paradox in neurodegenerative clinical trials. It proves that Homocysteine > 14.0 µmol/L induces a chemical sealing of the BBB/BSCB, reducing drug efficacy to < 22%. By implementing the NEURO-VIP-2026 protocol (Methylation Shock + Stem-Clean), neural efficiency (En) is restored to 96.4%. Formulas: En = b0 + (b1 * C_val) - (b2 * V_load) + e. Target Biomarkers: Cystatin C < 0.90 mg/L and Hcy < 9.0 µmol/L."eng
