O Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica desempenha um papel crucial na prestação de cuidados de enfermagem especializados à pessoa portadora de doença mental, intervindo aos três níveis de cuidados: promoção da saúde mental, reabilitação e prevenção de recaída.
Este Relatório de Estágio pretende relatar o percurso desenvolvido ao longo do Estágio Final com a apresentação do Programa - Intervenção do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica à Pessoa com Sintomatologia Ansiosa e Depressiva em Contexto do Hospital de Dia do Serviço de Psiquiatria, evidenciando as competências adquiridas.
O programa concebido compreende um conjunto de intervenções psicoterapêuticas em
enfermagem, sistematizadas e planeadas, dirigidas à pessoa com diagnóstico de ansiedade e depressão, com vista a recuperação da saúde mental.

The Specialist Nurse in Mental Health and Psychiatric plays a crucial role in providing specialized nursing care to people with mental illness, intervening at three levels of care: mental health promotion, rehabilitation and relapse prevention. This Internship Report intends to report the journey developed throughout the Final Internship with the presentation of the Program - Specialist Nurse in Mental Health and Psychiatric Intervention for Persons with Anxious and Depressive Symptoms in the Context of the Day Hospital of the Psychiatry Service, highlighting the skills acquired. The designed program span a set of systematized and planned psychotherapeutic nursing interventions, aimed at people diagnosed with anxiety and depression, with a view to recoveringmental health. The project methodology was used to develop the program.
