Abstract(s)
O presente projeto não procura chegar a uma conclusão
absoluta, procura sim pôr em causa aquilo que são as leituras
sobre um objeto que está sujeito a grandes tensões daquilo que
é o corpo e a ideia do corpo. No fundo trata-se de um jogo
exploratório sobre a leitura do corpo, mais concretamente do
corpo nu.
O projeto Fotografia do nu: perceção da imagem do corpo nu,
é um processo exploratório e criativo para o debate sobre a
imagem do corpo nu. Através do estudo e análise de dados,
com uma apreciação visual por parte da sociedade em geral e
também de uma forma especializada nas áreas da religião, da
psicologia e da saúde hospitalar, foi possível delinear os nossos
parâmetros de erotismo.
Com os parâmetros definidos para o erotismo, foi possível criar
imagens que pudessem ser lidas como eróticas e não eróticas,
através de poses, olhares e/ou ações.
O objeto final deste projeto, o photobook, é composto por um
conjunto de imagens resultantes de todo o processo de trabalho.
Este conjunto final é resultante de um jogo moral, o Jogo de
cartas (criado para este projeto), onde concluímos, através da
análise social, quais as nossas imagens interpretadas como
eróticas ou não eróticas. Sendo que no photobook estão
presentes imagens que foram, maioritariamente, lidas como não
eróticas.
The present project does not seek to reach an absolute conclusion, but rather to question the interpretations of an object that is subject to great tensions of what is the body and the idea of the body. Basically, it is an exploratory game about the interpretation of the body, more specifically of the nude body. The project Photography of the nude: perception of the image of the nude body, is an exploratory and creative process for the debate about the image of the nude body. Through the study and analysis of data, with a visual appreciation by society in general and, also, in a specialized way in the areas of religion, psychology and hospital health, it was possible to outline our parameters of eroticism. With defined parameters for eroticism, it was possible to create images that could be read as erotic and non-erotic, through poses, looks and/or actions. The final object of this project, the photobook, is composed by a group of images resulting from the whole work process. This final set is the result of a moral game, the Card Game (created for this project), where we conclude, through social analysis, which images are interpreted as erotic or not erotic. In the photobook the images presented are the ones that were mostly read as non-erotic.
