Abstract(s)
A realização deste Trabalho de Projeto enquadra-se no 4º Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica da Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, decorrente do respetivo plano de estudos e pretende descrever o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo de três estágios, articulados entre si e realizados num Serviço de Urgência Geral de um Hospital da Margem Sul do Tejo.
Para tal, foram desenvolvidos dois projetos paralelos ao longo dos referidos estágios em contexto, sendo um deles o Projeto de Desenvolvimento Académico (PDA) e outro, o Projeto de Aquisição de Competências (PAC). No primeiro foi formulado o diagnostico de situação e respectivo planeamento do PDA, tendo em linha de conta as necessidades formativas na área de especialização, propiciando a aquisição e consolidação do corpo de conhecimentos, assim como o desenvolvimento das competências de mestre. No que concerne ao PAC, foi formulado um planeamento facilitador da aquisição de competências, tendo por base um referencial orientador emanado do Regulamento de Competências Específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem em Pessoa em Situação Crítica e/ou em Situação Crónica e Paliativa, que conduzam à aquisição e ao desenvolvimento de competências comuns e especializadas em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica.
Este relatório tem como objetivos : expressar a problemática identificada, decorrente do diagnóstico de situação e planeamento do PDA, no âmbito da área de especialização; desocultar a importância do papel do enfermeiro integrado numa equipa multidisciplinar desportiva; analisar as aprendizagens decorrentes do PDA e do PAC, de acordo com o regulamento aprovado pela Ordem dos Enfermeiros e respetivo enquadramento com o referencial de competências comuns do Enfermeiro Especialista e de competências específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem em Pessoa em Situação Crítica e/ou em Situação Crónica e Paliativa, paralelamente com a análise crítica do desenvolvimento das Competências de Mestre.
This Project Work appears in the context of the 4th Master's Course in the Medical-Surgical Nursing, of the Superior School of Health of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, arising from their study plan and intends to describe the work developed over the course of three internships articulated among themselves, which took place in an Emergency Service Line of a Hospital located at the southern bank of the river Tagus. Therefore, two parallel projects were developed along these internships in context, one of them is the Project of Academic Development (PAD) and the other is the Project of Acquisition of Competences (PAC). In the first one, was made a situation diagnosis and the planning of the PAD, taking into account the specific formative needs in the area of specialization, allowing the acquisition and consolidation of the body of knowledge, as well as the development of the master´s skills. Regarding the PAC, a plan was designed to facilitate the acquisition of skills, based on a reference guide from the regulation of specific skills of the Specialist Nurse in Nursing in Person in Critical Situation and/or in Chronic and Palliative Situation, which leads to the acquisition and development of common and specialized skills in Medical-Surgical Nursing. This report aims to : express the problems identified as a result of the situation diagnosis and planning of the PAD, within the area of specialization; unveil the importance of the role of the nurse integrated in a multidisciplinary team of sport; analyze the learnings arising from the PAD and the PAC, in accordance with the regulations approved by Order of Nurses and their framework of the common skills of the Specialist Nurse and specific skills of the Specialist Nurse in Nursing in Person in Critical Situation and/or in Chronic and Palliative Situation, in parallel with a critical analysis of the development of the Master´s skills.
