Nesta era digital e globalizada em que vivemos, com a utilização e aperfeiçoamento de novas tecnologias, muitas empresas recorrem a internet para auxiliar o processo de recrutamento, mais concretamente as redes socais e plataformas digitais, deste modo atraindo e retendo os melhores candidatos para si.
Os tempos estão a mudar e a internet revela-se um importante canal de contacto entre as organizações e candidatos a vagas de emprego, sites de procura e oferta de emprego na internet estão a multiplicar-se a cada dia, as organizações estão a apostar na internet para recrutar talentos e reduzir os custos dos seus onerosos processos de provisão de pessoas, ao mesmo tempo em que aumentam os horizontes do recrutamento e facilitam a vida dos candidatos.
O objetivo desta dissertação é compreender a perceção dos colaboradores da empresa NOS, envolvidos no processo de recrutamento, sobre o recrutamento online, recorrendo as redes sociais e plataformas digitais. Deste modo foi utilizada uma metodologia de natureza quantitativa (questionário) online, para uma amostra de 6 colaboradores da empresa NOS, cujos resultados foram obtidos através de analise estatística no SPSS.
Os resultados concluíram que o recrutamento online funciona como um complemento ao processo de recrutamento e seleção, o que permite que o processo de recrutamento seja mais eficiente e eficaz na divulgação das vagas e haja maior abrangência na captação de candidatos em menor espaço de tempo e maior redução em termos de custos.
In this digital and globalized era in which we live, with the use and improvement of new technologies, many companies use the internet to assist the recruitment process, more specifically social networks and digital platforms, thus attracting and retaining the best candidates for themselves. Times are changing and the Internet proves to be an important channel of contact between organizations and jobseekers. Job search and job offer sites on the internet are multiplying every day, organizations are betting on the internet to recruit talent and reduce the costs of their costly staffing processes, while increasing the horizons of the recruitment and make life easier for candidates. The purpose of this dissertation is to understand the perception of NOS company employees, involved in the recruitment process, about online recruitment, using social networks and digital platforms. Thus, an online quantitative methodology (questionnaire) was used, for a sample of 6 NOS company employees, evaluating the results obtained through statistical analysis in SPSS. The results concluded that online recruitment works as a complement to the recruitment and selection process, which allows the recruitment process to be more efficient and effective in the disclosure of vacancies, as well as in the way of reaching and capturing the largest number of candidates in less time and consequently greater cost savings.
