Abstract(s)
Introdução: As alterações de humor na adolescência são frequentes e implicam diversos fatores causais. Destaca-se que esta é uma fase na qual existem dificuldades nas relações interpessoais, nomeadamente no que respeita à resolução de conflitos e problemas.
Metodologia: O presente relatório, foi desenvolvido a partir da elaboração de um projeto na área da depressão na adolescência, tendo para tal sido utilizada a Terapia de Resolução de Problemas aplicada pelo EESMP. Pretendeu-se desenvolver um estudo com uma metodologia quantitativa, descritiva e correlacional para avaliação da depressão e ambiente familiar.
Objetivos: Pretendeu-se descrever as aprendizagens realizadas ao longo do estágio, bem como ao longo do curso. Também se encontram devidamente descritas as etapas de elaboração do projeto.
Resultados e Conclusões: O projeto foi realizado nas fases concetual e metodológica. Salienta-se o acréscimo de conhecimentos, quer teóricos, quer clínicos, adquiridos pelo desenvolvimento do estágio e do projeto, dos quais emergem as competências de Mestre em Enfermagem e EESMP.

It should be emphasized that this is a phase in which there are difficulties in interpersonal relations, in particular with regard to the resolution of conflicts and problems. Methodology: This report was developed from the development of a project in the area of depression in adolescence, having used the Problem Resolution Therapy applied by the Nurse Specialist in Mental and Psychiatric Health. It was intended to develop a study with a quantitative, descriptive methodology for evaluation of depression and family environment. Objectives: It was intended to describe the learning carried out during the internship, as well as throughout the course. The stages of project design are also duly described. Results and Conclusions: The project was carried out in the conceptual and methodological phases. It is important to highlight the knowledge acquired, both theoretical and clinical, acquired through the development of the stage and the project, from which emerge the competences of Master in Nursing and Nurse Specialist in Mental and Psychiatric Health.
