Abstract(s)
A dissertação intitulada “Gestão das multidões em eventos desportivos – casos de estudo SLB & SCP” pretende estudar os processos e dispositivos de segurança utilizados para realizar uma eficaz gestão de multidões em eventos desportivos, tendo por base a análise dos casos de estudo do Sport Lisboa e Benfica e do Sporting Clube de Portugal, na organização de jogos de futebol profissional.
A pergunta de partida desta investigação, que servirá como fio condutor de todo o estudo é: “A gestão de multidões em eventos desportivos, nomeadamente ao nível dos jogos de futebol profissional, considerados de risco elevado, é conduzida de forma eficaz?”.
A problemática deste estudo, incidirá, na análise dos dispositivos de segurança postos em prática no decorrer dos eventos desportivos, nomeadamente nos jogos de futebol profissional, numa perspetiva de aferir o contributo dos mesmos para a manutenção da ordem pública, bem como para mitigar a possibilidade da ocorrência de distúrbios e incidentes no desenrolar dos eventos. Os conceitos base da problemática desta investigação serão: gestão do risco, gestão de segurança, safety e security, e gestão de multidões.
The dissertation entitled "Management of the crowds at sporting events - case SLB & SCP study" aims to study the processes and safety devices used to conduct effective management of crowds at sporting events, based on the analysis of case studies of Sport Lisboa e Benfica and Sporting Clube de Portugal in the organization of professional football games. The initial question of this research, which will serve as a guide for the entire study is "crowd management in sporting events, in particular the level of professional soccer games, considered high risk, is conducted effectively?". The problem of this study will focus on the analysis of the safety devices put into practice in the course of sporting events, particularly in professional football games, a perspective of measuring the contribution of the same for the maintenance of public order and to mitigate the possibility the occurrence of disturbances and incidents in the course of events. The basic concepts of the problems of this research are: risk management, security management, safety and security, and crowd management.
