Abstract(s)
O objetivo do presente estudo consiste em verificar qual o impacto
da liderança tóxica na intenção de saída dos colaboradores e, ainda,
se o compromisso organizacional e o employee engagement contribuem
para essa relação como variáveis mediadoras. Foi efetuado um
estudo com uma abordagem quantitativa do tipo correlacional,
sendo que para a recolha de dados recorreu-se a um questionário online
que contou com uma amostra de 184 participantes. Os dados
foram analisados através do software IBM SPSS Statistics e o modelo
de investigação foi testado através da macro PROCESS. Os resultados
obtidos indicam que a perceção de uma liderança tóxica
está positivamente relacionada com a intenção de saída, sendo esta
relação mediada pelo employee engagement, pelo compromisso organizacional
afetivo e normativo. Contudo, o compromisso organizacional
calculativo não revelou ser mediador da relação principal.
