As transformações e mudanças ocorridas no campo da Gestão de Pessoas, têm tido impacto no modo como é vista à luz do mercado corporativo e no papel que veio a desempenhar dentro das empresas. O setor de Recursos Humanos, após a década de 80, tem assumido um fator-chave na estratégia e planos de ações nas organizações.
A gestão do capital humano não se limita somente a monitorar e aplicar o conjunto de processos, mas envolve o compromisso de todos os elementos da empresa, um empenho com a formação e respetiva aprendizagem, a procura de instrumentos de motivação e uma aposta na componente criativa e inovadora enquanto elementos diferenciadores.
O relatório em apresentação ao abrigo do estágio na empresa consultora Capgemini Engineering, visa analisar e refletir a experiência em estágio curricular, no âmbito da unidade curricular projeto de estágio, para obtenção do grau de mestre em Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Ao longo do documento será realizada uma descrição pormenorizada com teor teórico relativa às temáticas desempenhadas no estágio curricular, sendo estas: Onboarding e Integração, Reuniões de Acompanhamento e Reuniões de Saída. Por fim, será enunciado a fundamentação analítica à proposta de melhoria e posteriormente as conclusões finais.
The transformations and changes that have taken place in the field of People Management have had an impact on the way it is seen in the light of the corporate market and the role it has come to play within companies. Since the 1980s, the Humano Resources sector has become a key factor in the strategy and action plans of organizations. Human capital management is not just about monitoring and applying a set of processes. It also involves a commitment within the whole company, a commitment to training and learning and, the search for motivational tools and focus on creativity and innovation as differentiating elements. The purpose of this report is to analyze and reflect on the internship experience, as part of the internship project curricular unit, in order to obtain a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. Throughout the document, there will be a detailed description with theoretical content relating to the topics covered during the internship: Onboarding and Integration, Follow-up Meeting and Exit Meetings. Finally, the analytical basis for the proposed improvement will be presented, followed by the final conclusions.
