Abstract(s)
O atual estudo foi realizado enquanto frequentava o Mestrado em
Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. O presente
relatório de investigação pretende apresentar o projeto desenvolvido e
implementado em contexto de estágio, mais precisamente numa turma de
4º ano de escolaridade do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. A intervenção articula
a literatura infantojuvenil e as várias áreas disciplinares, e tem como objetivo
compreender os contributos do trabalho interdisciplinar através da
exploração de livros infantojuvenis, prevendo a reflexão, sobre este tipo de
abordagem.
Relativamente à metodologia, a investigação sobre a prática, é a
mais apropriada para a promoção de aprendizagens numa turma de 4.º ano,
enquadrando-se numa abordagem qualitativa. Como técnicas de recolha de
dados, recorreu-se à observação participante, às notas de campo, aos
inquéritos por questionário e a um inquérito por entrevista. O tratamento de
dados foi realizado através da análise de conteúdo, mais especificamente
das produções dos alunos.
Os resultados obtidos permitiram refletir com a turma que os livros
de literatura infantil são considerados um bom recurso para ser trabalhado
em contexto de sala de aula, desenvolvendo as várias áreas curriculares.
Através da investigação realizada, pode-se concluir, que a leitura de
obras infantojuvenis para além de se revelar como sendo uma atividade
prazerosa e interessante, produz também conhecimento nos leitores.
The current study was conducted while attending the Master’s Degree in Pre-school Education and Primary School Teaching. This research report intends to present the project developed and implemented in an internship context, more precisely in a 4th grade class of basic education. The present intervention, in this document articulates children’s literature and the various disciplinary areas. It aims to understand the contributions of interdisciplinary work thought the exploration of children’s books, providing for reflection on this type of approach. Regarding methodology, research on practice is the most appropriate for promoting learning in a 4th grade class, fitting into a qualitative approach. As data collection techniques, participant observation, field notes, questionnaire surveys and an interview survey were used. Data treatment was conducted through content analysis, more specifically the students’ productions. The results obtained allowed to reflect with the class that children’s books are considered a valuable resource to be worked on in the classroom context, developing the various curricular areas. Through the investigation conducted, it can be concluded that the reading of children’s books, in addition to revealing itself as a pleasant and interesting activity, also produces knowledge in the readers.
