A felicidade em construção: um projeto incidente no design positivo, de oposição à ditadura da felicidade

| dc.description.abstract | A felicidade é, acima de tudo, um tema universal. Prende-se com o objetivo último de se viver bem e é, simultaneamente, o princípio da motivação que direciona muitas das ações diárias das pessoas. No entanto, atualmente existe uma necessidade urgente em se ser feliz e, aproveitando-se desta fragilidade, a indústria comercial e a comunicação têm desvalorizado a exploração responsável deste tema, e têm-no tornado num bem transacionável e consumível. Tudo isto tem feito com que a felicidade evolua no sentido de se tornar uma condição de pertença e, por esta razão, a procura pela sua conquista tem-se tornado superficial e objetificada, dando lugar a um modelo que se pode apelidar de ditadura da felicidade. É com a finalidade de dar resposta ao problema identificado, e compreendendo-se que este está diretamente relacionado com a falta de conhecimento e de um discernimento mais profundo sobre o tema, que surge o projeto A Felicidade em Construção. Este consiste numa narrativa interativa, sob a forma de um website, que pretende promover uma reflexão sobre a felicidade e despertar uma melhor consciência sobre esta. Como uma proposta de promoção de reflexões, de introdução de novas perspetivas e promoção de mudanças de comportamentos, o projeto desenvolvido revelou ser capaz de validar as diferentes hipóteses que o constituem e de se demonstrar, desta forma, uma proposta de atuação de oposição à ditadura da felicidade. Também, pelas características que reúne, apesar de não ter respondido na sua plenitude à possibilidade de poder contribuir para um bem-estar a longo prazo, verificaram-se fortes possibilidades de este ter um papel contribuinte nesse sentido. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Happiness is, above all, a universal theme. It is connected to the ultimate goal of living well and, at the same time, is the principle of motivation that guides many people's daily actions. However, there is currently an urgent need for being happy and, taking advantage of this fragility, the commercial and communication industry have depreciated the responsible exploration of this theme, by also making it a tradable and consumable asset. All of this has made happiness evolve towards becoming a condition of belonging and, for this reason, the search for its achievement has become superficial and objectified, allowing the rise of a model that can be called dictatorship of happiness. It is with the purpose of responding to the identified problem, and understanding that it is directly related to the lack of knowledge and deeper insight on the theme, that the project A Felicidade em Construção appears. It consists of an interactive narrative, in the form of a website, which aims to promote a reflection on happiness and raise awareness about it. As a proposal that promotes a reflection, introduces new perspectives and promotes changes in behavior, this project proved to be able to validate the different hypotheses that constitute it and to demonstrate, in this way, a proposal to act in opposition to the dictatorship of happiness. Also, due to the characteristics it brings together, despite not having fully responded to the possibility of being able to contribute to long- -term wellbeing, there were strong possibilities for it to have a contributing role in this regard. | pt_PT |
