Abstract(s)
O relatório ora apresentado foi realizado como consequência das atividades que desenvolvi durante o estágio na empresa Upstar Comunicações e como parte integrante do plano de estudos de Mestrado em Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Porquanto, nesta abordagem tenho a ambição de fazer a ponte e entre a teoria e a prática e ainda tenho como principal objetivo dar a conhecer as minhas vivências e descrever e analisar essas atividades.
Especificamente, este relatório apresenta-se dividido em cinco partes essenciais. Sendo a primeira uma parte introdutória que inclui os objetivos de estágio e o seu enquadramento, a seguinte é referente ao Recrutamento e Seleção. A terceira realiza uma breve apresentação da organização, segue-se a quarta, que apesenta o estágio, o seu plano, o cordial acolhimento e as atividades nele desenvolvidas. Na quinta e em jeito de conclusão, é explanada uma reflexão, incluindo as principais limitações desta organização, bem como uma apreciação pessoal ao estágio efetuado.
The report presented here was carried out as a consequence of the activities I developed during the internship at Upstar Comunicações and as a part of the Master's program in Human Resources Management. Therefore in this approach I have the ambition to make the connection between theory and practice and my main goal is to make my experiences known and to describe and analyze these activities. Specifically, this report is divided into five essential parts. The first one is an introductory part which includes the internship goals and it framework. The next one is referred to the Recruitment and Selection. The third, in a practical framework, makes a brief introduction of the organization, followed by the fourth, which describes the stage, its plan, the warm welcome and the activities developed in it. In the fifth part and in a conclusion way, a reflection is made, including the main limitations of this organization, as well as a personal appreciation of the stage reached.
