| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de investigação tem como título “Entre a escola e a família: o papel do educador de infância para uma educação cooperada.” Esta investigação apresenta um estudo desenvolvido a partir da observação realizada nos momentos de estágio de creche e jardim de infância e tem como principal intencionalidade abordar a promoção, pelo educador, do envolvimento e participação das famílias no quotidiano das crianças em contextos de educação de infância, que traduz a questão de partida deste relatório. Relativamente à metodologia, a presente investigação integra numa metodologia qualitativa sob os princípios da investigação-ação. Utilizei como principais dispositivos de recolha de informação a observação participante, as notas de campo, registos fotográficos, análise documental, assim como uma entrevista semi estruturada às duas educadoras, de creche e jardim de Infância, de forma a incluir as suas conceções sobre o tema em estudo. Após a recolha e reflexão de toda a informação, foi possível ter uma melhor perceção sobre a importância do trabalho com as famílias, e como o educador é o principal responsável para que esta relação escola-família resulte. A pandemia Mundial Covid-19 que estamos a ultrapassar, veio demonstrar ainda mais que o Educador deve reinventar- se e procurar as melhores estratégias para que, apesar das contrariedades que podem surgir, esta relação continue a ser trabalhada e priorizada. A principal reflexão que levo deste estudo é que conseguindo um bom envolvimento das famílias nos contextos, todos ficam a ganhar: os profissionais de educação, as famílias e as crianças! | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This research report is entitled “Between school and family: the role of the educator for cooperative education in Early Childhood Education. This investigation presents a study carried out from the observation carried out during the internships of kindergarten and kindergarten and its main intention is to address the promotion of the involvement and participation of families in the daily lives of children in childhood education contexts, which translates the issue starting point of this report. Regarding the methodology, this research integrates a qualitative methodology under the principles of action-research. I used participant observation, field notes, photographic records, document analysis, as well as a semi-structured interview with the two educators, from Nursery and Kindergarten, as the main information gathering devices, in order to include their conceptions on the theme in study. After collecting and reflecting on all the information, I managed to get a better understanding of the importance of working with families, and how the Educator is the main responsible for this school-family relationship to work. The Covid-19 World pandemic that we are overcoming, has demonstrated even more that the Educator must reinvent himself and seek the best strategies so that, despite the setbacks that may arise, this relationship continues to be worked on and prioritized. The main reflection I take from this study is that by getting the families involved in the contexts, everyone benefits: education professionals, families and children! | pt_PT |
