Esta dissertação insere-se no âmbito da Segurança e Higiene do Trabalho (SHT) no sector das tecnologias para aproveitamento das energias renováveis, que têm registado uma cada vez maior utilização, resultado das exigências definidas na Directiva da União Europeia, que promove a implementação destas tecnologias nos edifícios. Neste sentido, torna-se imperativo o desenvolvimento de um conhecimento aprofundado e transversal dos riscos associados à implementação destes equipamentos.
Esta dissertação tem como principal objectivo a análise e avaliação de riscos inerentes às actividades de instalação e manutenção dos colectores solares e caldeira a biomassa num hotel, através da aplicação de duas metodologias de valoração do risco, MARAT e FMEA. Propõe-se verificar as actividades onde o risco possa ter um impacto mais significativo e por consequência demonstrar a importância da definição e implementação de medidas preventivas/correctivas para as actividades do técnico instalador e de manutenção.
The following dissertation is developed in the ambit of the Safety and Hygiene Protection in the Workplace in the renewable energy techonology sector, which has registered na increasing application, as a result of the requirements defined in the EU Directive, which promotes the implementation of these technologies in buildings. In this view, it becomes imperative to develop a deep knowledge of the risks associated to the implementation of such equipment. This dissertation aims to complete risk analyzing and evaluating, which are associated to the installation and maintenance activities of solar collectors and biomass boiler in a hotel, by applying both methods of risk valuation – MARAT and FMEA. And it proposes to analise the activities where the risk has a significant impact and therefore demonstrate the importance of defining and implementing preventive and corrective measures for the activities of the installation and maintenance technician.
