dc.description.abstractEndoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is technically challenging after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) [1]. Standard approaches include enteroscopy-assisted and laparoscopy-assisted ERCP, which present difficult implementation in clinical practice [2].
