Abstract(s)
Existem assimetrias e desequilíbrios entre mulheres e homens nas empresas,
motivadas por dificuldades de conciliação entre a vida pessoal, familiar e profissional,
que podem ser ultrapassadas por práticas de gestão de recursos humanos conciliadoras
que criam benefícios para os trabalhadores e para as empresas. Com a presente
investigação pretende-se percecionar a conciliação da vida pessoal, familiar e
profissional, numa ótica de perceção das trabalhadoras da indústria aeronáutica.
Para a elaboração do presente estudo segue-se uma abordagem qualitativa, na qual
recaí a realização de cinco entrevistas a trabalhadoras do ramo aeronáutico, senda elas
todas mães de filhos menores, sobre diversos pontos, dos quais a caracterização
sociodemográfica, a caracterização do emprego, a caracterização da vida pessoal e
familiar e as práticas de conciliação que estas percecionam como sendo ideais para a sua
vida quotidiana, no mundo empresarial.
A análise da perceção das entrevistadas sobre o tema da conciliação, evidencia
que na empresa onde laboram apenas têm práticas aplicadas à luz do abrigo da legislação
laboral em matéria de parentalidade e maternidade, e em matéria de conciliação.
Evidencia-se também as práticas que consideram mais importantes, e que facilitariam as
suas vidas em termos de conciliação.
There are several asymmetrical irregularities between man and women throughout the industry, they can all be traced back to the difficulty that exist on balancing their personal life, family, work, but all of them can be exceeded and sometimes even surpassed through well placed H.R management practices that will not only benefit the worker but also the company itself. With this current investigation, we strive to see the impact and conciliation of the working men´s personal, family, and professional life in the aeronautics industry. To achieve this, we went with the qualitative approach, in which we carried out five interviews to workers in the industry, all of them being mothers of small children, about different variables, such as several points of view, like, sociodemographic characterization, job characterization, personal and family life characterization and the balance that these ideas pose in their day-to-day life amidst this business world of ours. The analysis of perception of the interviewed in regards to the theme of conciliation, shows that in the company and industry that they work, they only have practices that are mandatory by law in regards to motherhood, fatherhood and work balance. It also shows the practices that to them are most important, and that facilitate their lives in terms of conciliation.
