Este projeto foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Design & Publicidade do IADE – Universidade Europeia.
Desenvolveu-se uma investigação sobre o modo como o design e a comunicação nos meios digitais podiam contribuir para apoiar o empreendedorismo social.
De forma a responder à questão de investigação ""Como é que uma marca pode criar um serviço que impulsione a criação de novos projetos de pequena dimensão e promova novos produtos"" pretendeu-se numa primeira fase avaliar a necessidade deste serviço no sentido de perceber as reais necessidades da população portuguesa, se haveria adesão e por fim potenciar e desenvolver este serviço através do design da plataforma UP2U.
Estudaram-se temas como identidade visual, webdesign, social media, e-commerce e e-learning para que a marca UP2U, respondesse às necessidades identificadas.
Depois de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, recorremos à pesquisa por inquérito a uma amostra de 100 pessoas que foram inquiridas através da plataforma GoogleForms. O inquérito foi disponibilizado nas redes sociais na perspetiva de atingir públicos diferentes.
Depois de analisar as respostas e de sintetizar as informações obtidas, pudemos então definir os tópicos do projeto propriamente dito da plataforma UP2U, a sua marca gráfica e o webdesign e finalmente a sua comunicação.
This project was developed under the Master's Degree in Design & Advertising at IADE - European University. The research was developed to perceive how design and communication in digital media could contribute to support social entrepreneurship. In order to answer the research question "How can a brand create a service that promotes the creation of new small projects and promotes new products", we intended to evaluate the need for this service in order to perceive the real needs of the portuguese population, if there would be adhesion and finally to enhance and develop this service through the design of the UP2U platform. Subjects such as visual identity, webdesign, social media, e-commerce and e-learning were studied in order for the UP2U brand could fulfill the identified needs. After a bibliographic review, we have made a survey research of a sample of 100 people through the GoogleForms platform. The survey was made available on social networks in the perspective of reaching different audiences. After analyzing the answers and synthesizing the information obtained, we were able to define the topics of the design of the UP2U platform itself, its graphic brand and webdesign and finally its communication.
