O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito da realização da unidade curricular Estágio com Relatório
do 2º Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em
Situação Perioperatória, da Escola Superior de Saúde Egas Moniz.
Tem como principal objetivo proporcionar uma reflexão crítica e construtiva sobre a aquisição e
consolidação do desenvolvimento das competências comuns e específicas do enfermeiro especialista,
bem como as de mestre em enfermagem, através da análise crítica e reflexiva sobre as experiências
vivenciadas durante o estágio e da aquisição de conhecimento baseado em evidência científica.
A componente de investigação foi desenvolvida com a realização de uma Scoping Review intitulada
“Humanização dos Cuidados de Enfermagem Perioperatórios- Contributos do Enfermeiro Especialista”,
que permitiu mapear a evidência científica disponível sobre esta temática, reconhecida como
fundamental para a recuperação da pessoa em contexto perioperatório.
A componente prática, decorreu no bloco central de uma unidade hospitalar na área de Lisboa, o que
proporcionou o desenvolvimento e a consolidação de competências clínicas avançadas em
enfermagem perioperatória.
Deste modo, o presente relatório evidencia a consolidação dos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo de
uma prática profissional exercida em contexto perioperatório, permitindo a integração de novos
saberes e o desenvolvimento de intervenções orientadas para a segurança, qualidade e humanização
dos cuidados à pessoa em situação perioperatória.
This report was prepared as part of the Internship with Report course of the 2nd Master's Degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of Nursing for the Person in Perioperative Situation, at the Egas Moniz School of Health. Its main objective is to provide a critical and constructive reflection on the acquisition and consolidation of the development of the common and specific competencies of the specialist nurse, as well as those of a master's in nursing, through critical and reflective analysis of experiences lived during the internship and the acquisition of knowledge based on scientific evidence. The research component was developed with the completion of a Scoping Review entitled "Humanization of Perioperative Nursing Care - Contributions of the Specialist Nurse", which allowed mapping the available scientific evidence on this theme, recognized as so important and fundamental for the recovery of the person in the perioperative context. The practical component took place in the central block of a hospital unit in the Lisbon area, a context that provided the development and consolidation of advanced clinical skills in perioperative nursing. Thus, this report highlights the consolidation of the knowledge acquired throughout professional practice in the perioperative context, allowing the integration of new knowledge and the development of interventions aimed at the safety, quality and humanization of care for the person in the perioperative situation.
