A qualidade dos serviços de saúde tem tido um interesse crescente nos dias que correm. O objectivo deste trabalho é analisar a importância e o contributo dos questionários como um modelo de linha orientadora para a obtenção de um canal privilegiado de informação que gera valor na extracção de dados analisados e que permitam promover a qualidade através do suporte ao processo de tomada de decisão. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica que permitisse o enquadramento teórico do conceito de qualidade e foi concretizada uma abordagem às variáveis necessárias para a construção de um questionário ressalvando todas as formalidades até á sua construção. Os resultados permitiram a criação de um questionário a ser utilizado pelo serviço de urgência. Nesta sequência é evidente que existe uma hostilidade na adoção de ferramentas de inquérito como instrumentos sustentáveis de monitorização da qualidade.
Abstract: Health services quality have had a growing interest in the present days. The aim of this work is to analyse the survey importance and contribution as a guiding language model to the attainment of a privileged channel of information that creates value in the analysed data extraction and that allows the quality boost through the support of the decision making process. A bibliographic review was conducted that allowed the theoretical embodiment of the quality concept and also, was achieved an approach to the needed variables for the survey's building, emphasizing all the formalities to its construction. The results enabled the creation of a survey to be used by the urgency service. Subsequently, is evident there is a hostility in the survey's tools adoption, as sustainable instruments of the quality monitoring.
