Guia de utilização e manutenção de habitação social para a saúde e bem-estar dos
moradores
A presente dissertação desenvolve-se em torno da temática das patologias de construção
mais comumente assistidas em habitação social, decorrentes da utilização humana, e dos
hábitos que os próprios moradores poderão adotar no sentido de as evitar, contribuindo
assim para a sua saúde e bem-estar, em estreita colaboração com a Câmara Municipal de
Grândola, distinguida com foto na capa do presente relatório. A condição da habitação social
importa na forma como os moradores encaram o seu lar, segundo estudos feitos em países
europeus. Neste sentido, considerou-se algumas boas práticas aplicadas por esses países,
na relação entre os promotores de habitação social e os seus inquilinos ou moradores. A
nível nacional, pode-se encontrar também alguns exemplos práticos de guias, a considerar,
na medida do adequado. Para tanto, foi também considerado o ponto de vista técnico e até
mesmo o ponto de vista holístico, numa abordagem não tão frequente, mas promissora no
sentir das questões envolvidas. Ao longo deste trabalho, tornaram-se então vitais, as
relações humanas focadas num habitar saudável, tanto nas relações entre o fornecedor da
habitação social, seus técnicos, com o seu inquilino, como nas relações de vizinhança, no
sentido de harmonizar o ambiente físico e social, contribuindo para uma qualidade de vida,
que é desejável. O resultado alcançado resume-se assim num guia composto por um
conjunto de medidas focadas nos inquilinos ou moradores, que visam transmitir, de forma
simples e direta, hábitos a seguir pelos próprios, em suas casas, nas áreas comuns e
espaço público, e que tem como principal objetivo, investir na sua saúde e bem-estar.

Throughout this work, human relationships focused on healthy living became vital, both in the relationships between the social housing provider, his technicians, with his tenant, and in neighbourhood relationships, to harmonize the physical environment and social, contributing to a quality of life, which is desirable. The result achieved is thus summarized in a guide composed of a set of measures focused on tenants or residents, which aim to transmit, in a simple and direct way, habits to be followed by them, in their homes, in common areas and public spaces, and which Its main objective is to invest in your health and well-being.
