Abstract(s)
Para concluir o Mestrado em Marketing Digital, foi proposto aos alunos a realização de
uma Dissertação, Projeto ou um Estágio Curricular. A minha escolha passou pela realização do
estágio que me ajudou a adquirir novos conhecimentos e a colocar em prática alguns dos
conhecimentos adquiridos no decorrer do Mestrado, ganhando assim experiência na área
inserida.
O estágio decorreu durante o período de 3 de Outubro de 2017 até 5 de Dezembro de
2017, numa agência de Marketing Digital, Netvision. Esta empresa foi descoberta após uma
pesquisa exaustiva de empresas da região de Leiria, que apesar de existir uma quantidade
moderada de empresas, grande parte não aceitava estagiários. Por fim, já com poucas
esperanças de conseguir encontrar estágio perto de casa, surgiu esta empresa que me recebeu
de braços abertos, tendo de passar por uma entrevista de esclarecimento.
O relatório foca-se no website da Netvision, sendo o principal tema de estudo a análise
do mesmo, onde é averiguado se este responde às necessidades dos utilizadores e se têm todos
os requisitos de um website de qualidade. Para realizar o estudo, recorri ao modelo WebQual
US de Loiacono, Watson e Goodhue. Apesar deste modelo utilizar um questionário para
analisar a qualidade de um website, não foi autorizada sua realização tendo de o adaptar para
entrevista e questionar dois dos clientes da Netvision. Através das entrevistas foi possível
descobrir quais eram os fatores que os entrevistados consideravam importantes para um website
ser considerado de qualidade e assim realizar a análise em relação ao website da Netvision,
chegando à conclusão que existem elementos em falta que seriam importantes para a agência
incluir no seu website.
To finally conclude my Master in Digital Marketing, it was proposed to the students to do an essay, a project or an internship. I’ve chosen to do an internship that allowed me to apply all the knowledge acquired during the master’s. The internship took place between 3rd of October 2017 and 5th of December 2017, in a digital marketing agency, Netvision. This company was discovered after an exhausting research for a place to do the internship in my hometown, Leiria. There are a few agencies, but none of the were accepting interns, which made my research hard. But then I found Netvision and, after an interview, they helped me and accepted me to do the internship. The main focus of this report is Netvision’s website and its analysis, where it has been investigated if it answers their clients’ main needs and if it has all the requirements to be considered a good website. To complete the study, I used Loiacono, Watson and Goodhue’s WebQual US model. Although this model uses a questionnaire to analyze the quality of websites, I was not allowed to send one to the agency’s clients, so I had to adjust it to an interview and questioned two Netvision’s clients. Through the interviews, it was possible to find out which factors the interviewees considered the most important for a website to be of higher quality and therefore carried out the analysis comparing it with Netvisison’s website. It was concluded that there are missing elements that would be important for the agency to include in their website in order to improve it.
