Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho visa clarificar o processo de elaboração do
guia prático acerca dos Sistemas de Compensação e Benefícios, elaborado em parceria com a IIRH Magazine, como método de projeto aplicado para a obtenção do grau de mestre em Gestão de Recursos Humanos. O guia prático elaborado constará como anexo ao relatório e, neste, será ainda realizada uma contextualização teórica que não consta no guia e, também, um estudo complementar ao mesmo. Embora, o grande foco do presente relatório assente no ponto de vista organizacional, foi elaborado um estudo suplementar, de modo a obter o ponto de vista dos colaboradores e a forma como percecionam as práticas de gestão de recursos humanos implementadas, assim como qual o papel da prática dos Sistemas de Compensação e Benefícios comparativamente com as restantes. Esta análise por intermédio da extração de clusters, foi realizada com base nas respostas dos 170 participantes inquiridos, sendo eles das mais variadas áreas, sobretudo das áreas de Educação e Hotelaria e Restauração.
É, também, apresentada a relevância destas iniciativas para a
compreensão do real mundo do trabalho e para a criação de
uma boa rede de contatos e networking.
The present report aims to clarify the process of developing the practical guide about the compensation and benefits systems offered by the organizations. This project was elaborated in partnership with IIRH Magazine, as an applied project to obtain a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. The practical guide developed will be attached to this report. As followed this paper will also include a theoretical contextualization that is not incorporated in the guide as well a complementary study to it. Even though, the main focus of this report relies on an organizational point of view, the additional study aims to obtain the point of view of the employees on how they perceive the human resource management practices implemented, as well as the role of the practice of Compensation and Benefits Systems when compared to the others. This analysis, through the extraction of clusters, was carried out based on the responses of 170 employees surveyed, being them from the most varied are areas, such as Education and Hospitality. It is also presented the relevance of such types of initiatives will as a great mean to comprehend the world of work, as well as for the creation of a solid network.
