| dc.description.abstract | O presente Relatório Final de Mestrado apresenta um projeto desenvolvida com um grupo de crianças de um Jardim de Infância de Coimbra. Contempla ainda, uma componente teórica e investigativa em torno do tema da sexualidade e reprodução Humana. O projeto intitulada como “Eu já fui assim?” teve com principais objetivos: Identificar as semelhanças e diferenças do corpo do homem e da mulher; Conhecer as transformações do corpo da mulher na gravidez; Reconhecer o processo de reprodução humana (fecundação, gravidez e o parto). Esta proposta teve por base a metodologia de trabalho por projeto, onde foi essencial a participação ativa de todas as crianças. Os resultados mostram que a maioria das crianças envolvidas no projeto, apesar de já terem tido contacto com a temática revelaram, no entanto, conceções sobre sexualidade e reprodução humana. Após a implementação do projeto verificou-se uma evolução, tanto a nível de conhecimentos como de atitudes relativamente ao tema. As aprendizagens das crianças foram visíveis através de conversas informais, do feedback dado pela educadora cooperante e pelas famílias e dos registos e ilustrações elaboradas. Conclui-se ser fundamental a abordagem da educação em sexualidade na educação préescolar, de forma a sensibilizar as crianças, desde cedo, para assuntos relacionados com o seu quotidiano. Para tal, importa investir na formação inicial de educadores/as e professores/as, competindo às instituições de Ensino Superior a inclusão de Unidades Curriculares que abordem, entre outras, questões de sexualidade e educação. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This Master's Final Report presents a project developed with a group of children from a Kindergarten in Coimbra. It also includes a theoretical and investigative component around the topic of sexuality and human reproduction. The project titled “Have I ever been like this?” Its main objectives were: Identify the similarities and differences between men’s and women’s bodies; Understand the transformations of a woman's body during pregnancy; Recognize the process of human reproduction (fertilization, pregnancy and childbirth). This proposal was based on the project work methodology, where the active participation of all children was essential. The results show that the majority of children involved in the project, despite having already had contact with the topic, nevertheless revealed conceptions about sexuality and human reproduction. After implementing the project there was an evolution, both in terms of knowledge and attitudes towards the topic. The children's learning was visible through informal conversations, feedback given by the cooperating teacher and families, and the records and illustrations created. It is concluded that the approach to sexuality education in early childhood education is fundamental, in order to sensitize children, from an early age, to issues related to their daily lives. To this end, it is important to invest in the initial training of educators and teachers, with Higher Education institutions responsible for including Curricular Units that address, among others, issues of sexuality and education. | por |
