O presente relatório de estágio visa descrever a experiência vivida pela estudante do 2° ano, Ana Rita Cristóvão Fernandes, do Mestrado de Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Esta experiência decorreu na Divisão de Recrutamento e Seleção do Grupo Azinor / SANA Hotels, durante 3 meses.
A metodologia aplicada para a elaboração do mesmo foi a consulta de artigos científicos e fontes de referência para a área de estudo, a utilização de conhecimento adquirido ao longo do percurso académico e toda a informação transmitida ao longo de todo o período de estágio pelos colaboradores.
Neste projeto encontra-se uma breve abordagem às Práticas de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, com especial foco nos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção. Para além disso é feita uma apresentação da empresa onde foi realizado o estágio, um enquadramento do departamento em que decorreu o mesmo, uma descrição das tarefas desenvolvidas e por fim, um balanço crítico bem como uma avaliação da experiência vivida.
This report describes the experiences of second year student, Ana Rita Cristovão Fernandes, from the Master in Human Resources Management. The internship was held at Recruitment and Selection Division from the Azinor/ SANA Hotels Group, during three months. The methodology applied for the preparation of this report was consultation and use of scientific articles and reference sources for the study area, the knowledge acquired throughout the academic career and all information transmitted throughout the internship period by the employees of the company. This project incorporates a brief contextualization of Human Resources Practices with particular focus on recruitment and selection processes, a characterization of the company where the training was held, the description of tasks performed and finally a reflection of the experience.
