Abstract(s)
resultados do QACSES.
relevância no sexo masculino.
In adolescence, patterns of behavior are established and therefore sexual health requires special attention. The EEEC promotes sexual health literacy with adolescents and contributes to the acquisition of tools for the experience of a healthy and informed sexuality. School is the most appropriate setting. The community intervention project took place in a UCC in a Lisbon ACeS, with the purpose of contributing to the promotion of sexual health literacy in students of the 9th grade of a school in the metropolitan area of Lisbon. The methodology used was based on the Health Planning and the Health Promotion Model. For the diagnosis,a descriptive statistical analysis of the QACSES results was used. It was then clear that the existence of dysfunctional beliefs associated with the gender, contraception, protection against STIs, dating violence and love relationships that compromise the experience of healthy sexuality in adolescents, was more relevant in males. Health Education Sessions were selected as an intervention strategy in an empowerment perspective, based on human rights, gender equality, consent, contraception and STI prevention. To facilitate the process of capacitation, the education representatives were involved with an information pamphlet, teachers were present at Health Education sessions and an email address as well as an Instagram® page, dedicated to clarifying questions about sexuality, were created. The intervention resulted in a positive assessment in the acquisition of knowledge on sexuality on the part of students, a favorable condition for a positive attitude facing sexuality and potential health gains.
