Abstract(s)
nĆvel do programa, componentes tĆ©cnicos e
estudo irĆ” permitir trabalhar o edifico integrado numa
O edifĆcio a intervir apresenta caracterĆsticas
concepção do projecto.
Abstract: At the completion of the Dissertation Project was developed and a research proposal for the rehabilitation Valadares Theatre located in the town of Caminha. The research focuses on the analysis of the development of the theater in general, analysis of restoration projects carried out in similar contexts, and an intensive study of the site. Initially the analysis focuses on the study of the evolution of theater, conducting a study that allows us to see the various periods affecting the basic constitution of the theater until the present day. The composition of opera classics is fundamental in the study of a rehabilitation, it is the basis for any conservation work allowing clearly understand the functioning of the entire space allowing prepare groundwork for the implementation of new concepts and new ideas in the definition of spaces. The introduction of concepts such as "Scenic Area" outside the room of spectacle is crucial in defining new innovative spaces creating a stronger relationship between the building, space and use of that space. In the second phase of the analysis is a study by performing chips that will focus on three rehabilitation projects. This study allows us to understand the kind of intervention carried out at present in the context of classical theater or rehabilitations. These chips allow an analysis at the program level, technical components and organization, creating a support base for the implementation of the proposal to submit to the rehabilitation project. In a third phase is a study of the site and building to intervene. This study will allow the building work integrated into an urban very characteristic (Historical Center) and at the same time set a rehabilitation project that will provide a component of intervention in the organization of the dynamic current alternatives. The building has to intervene very own characteristics, therefore, the fact that it is an adaptation of a commercial building and housing function of theater to create within all the conditions necessary for its operation. The perception of the building is essential in the act of restoring the outside to see what the limits of intervention, and how far they should change or maintain a particular element. This balance between change and maintenance represents a major challenge in this project is the rehabilitation clear to amend a portion of the building to make the theater and redefining the classic structure that characterizes it, is that the various changes do have a very innovative own characterization of the space. The drafting is based on research and conclusions, from which came the foundations for the basic concept for the design of the project. The project aims to reclaim an area of great value to the local population, integrating this area into a new dynamic rehabilitation of all historic center and innovating in the act of restoring a classic theater without losing the identity of the building.
