Abstract(s)
Enfermagem Nefrologia e pretende descrever o percurso realizado na Unidade
submetida a Transplante Renal”.

The presente Internship Report is parte of the curricular plan of the 11th Master’s Degree in the field of Specialization in Nephrologic Nursing and aims to describe the course in the Curricular Unit of Internship with Report. During this path, and with the objective of aquire and develop skills in the field of medical-surgical nursing in the area of nephrology nursing, four internships were performed in the field of peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, nephrology ward and kidney transplant, as well as a Scoping Review with the theme of “The Digital World in the Management of the Treatment of Persons submitted to Kidney Transplantation”. The passage through the four internship fields enabled a global vision of the transitions lived by the person with chronic kidney disease and their families to support the acquisition of skills in the different fields. The sucess in kidney transplant is directly related with the therapeutic adherence. Based on the fact that the developing of technology allowed the rising of new technologies that aim to facilited the transtion process in other crhonic disseases and to increase de therapeutic adherence, was developed this scoping review which is titled “The digital world in managing the treatment of people undergoing kidney transplantation”. This review as the goal of mapping the existing literature on digital technologies used to manage the treatment of people undergoing kidney transplantation after discharge, in order to understand how these technologies have been used and to comprehend which areas of this topic need further studies. For this, the JBI methodology was used. As result, twenty-nine articles were found that responded to the objective of the scoping review. These results were divided into nine types of information and communication technology, namely: telemedicine, electronic medical devices, smartphone or tablet applications, electronic alarms and reminders, websites, electronic therapy dispensers, ingestible sensor systems, smartwatch and programs of telemonitoring. Although each type of technology has a specific objective, in general, they all allow the increase of self-care, remote monitoring and provision of care, and increased access to information. Thus, eHealth appears as a new strategy for nurses to minimize the impact of the health transition after kidney transplantation.
