No contexto atual, as tecnologias de Realidade Aumentada
têm apresentado desenvolvimentos e aplicações em grande
escala, por todo o mundo. A implementação de inovações
tecnológicas no setor do turismo, apesar de ser relativamente
recente, já tem apresentado resultados positivos.
Nomeadamente no caso dos museus, onde a tecnologia é
utilizada como auxílio a uma melhor compreensão das
exposições. Este estudo, teve como principal objetivo
elaborar uma proposta de valor relacionada com o
envolvimento dos utilizadores durante uma experiência com
este tipo de tecnologia. Neste sentido, o presente estudo
conta com uma análise de conteúdo, através da utilização do
software Nvivo (12), aplicada a uma amostra recolhida
através da plataforma TripAdvisor.
Os resultados indicam que as dimensões mais relevantes para
o desenvolvimento do envolvimento dos utilizadores são
Attitude Towards an Experience e Perceived Usefullness,
Para este contexto, foram desenvolvidas propostas de valor
para as referidas dimensões, fundamentadas a partir da
presente revisão de literatura e da análise dos resultados.
In the current context, Augmented Reality technologies have presented developments and applications on a large scale, all over the world. The implementation of technological innovations in the tourism sector, despite being relatively recent, has already shown positive results. Particularly in the case of museums, where technology is used as an aid to a better understanding of the exhibits. This study's main objective was to elaborate a value proposition related to the users' involvement during an experience with this type of technology. In this sense, this study relies on a content analysis, through the use of Nvivo software (12), applied to a sample collected through the TripAdvisor platform. The results indicate that the most relevant dimensions for the development of user involvement are Attitude Towards an Experience and Perceived Usefulness. In this sense, value propositions were developed for these dimensions, based on this literature review and the analysis of the results.
