Abstract(s)
frequentemente desenvolvem delirium, a problemática do delirium nesta população
Enfermagem Oncológica, espelha o percurso feito durante a implementação e
escritos para aplicar à equipa de enfermagem; consulta de documentos dos serviços;
When working in a referral hospital in the treatment of cancer, where most of the people hospitalized are in a palliative situation and often develop delirium, the problem of delirium in this population becomes urgent. In this route, the Project methodology was used. The strategies used were completion of written questionnaires to apply to the nursing team; consultation of service documents; interview with service nurses; bibliographic research; elaboration of a Scoping Review; observation of clinical practice; provision of care; consultation of nursing records; reflection on the adopted clinical practice; holding training sessions; preparation of documents to support clinical practice; expert consultation. With this path, I consider that I have reached the goal I set out to achieve, and the results obtained in this thematic area are made explicit in this Report.
