Abstract(s)
Os desenvolvimentos técnico-científicos têm contribuído para o aumento da
sobrevivência das pessoas em situação crítica. Contudo, longos períodos de ventilação
mecânica, de repouso prolongado e de internamento, acarretam inúmeras complicações. A
implementação de planos individualizados de enfermagem de reabilitação, que promovam a
mobilização precoce é imperativa.
Este relatório visa a apresentação de um projeto de intervenção na área da reabilitação
motora dirigido à pessoa em situação crítica admitida em cuidados intensivos de adultos e a
análise a todas as atividades que foram desenvolvidas no âmbito dos estágios do Curso de
Mestrado em Enfermagem. Foi implementado um programa de reeducação funcional motora
cujos resultados parecem apontar para a manutenção ou para o aumento da amplitude
articular e da força muscular e, consequentemente, para a melhoria da funcionalidade
motora.
Este relatório conclui-se com uma análise reflexiva acerca da aquisição e do
desenvolvimento das competências de enfermagem especializada e das competências de
mestre.
Technical-scientific developments have contributed to the increasing of critical ill patient survival. However, long periods of mechanical ventilation, prolonged rest and hospitalization lead to several complications. The implementation of individualized rehabilitation nursing plans that promote early mobilization is mandatory. This report aims to present an intervention project in the motor rehabilitation’s area to critical ill patients admitted in adults intensive care and to analyze all the activities that were developed within the scope of the internships of the Nursing Master’s Degree. A motor rehabilitation program was implemented, the results seem to point to the maintenance or increase of joint amplitude and muscle strength and, therefore, to the improvement of motor functionality. This report ends with a reflective analysis of the acquisition and development of specialized nursing skills and master's skills.
