Abstract(s)
avaliação do stresse profissional.
The overall aim of this mastert thesis is to conduct an analysis of the professional stressors to which aviator pilots (instructors and cadets) are subject. This is an exploratory investigation that aims to study, in two groups of individuals, commercial airline pilots aircraft, with pilot instructor qualification and cadets. The research was carried out a transversal quantitative study, with the application of quiz with closed answers to both groups, in order to carry out a professional stress assessment. The quiz was constructed taking into account the research objectives, i. e. aims to approach the perception of the global stress level experienced in the activity, the identification of the perceived stress factors and the evaluation of the coping strategies to control or reduce the stress experienced. The results show that, in general, pilots perceive higher stress levels than cadets. Regarding the study of potential sources of stress, the perspectives evaluated show that, for the most part, instructor pilots perceive higher levels of stress. Regarding the coping strategies, cadets use them more frequently, for control or reduction of perceived stress.
