Abstract(s)
The present study aims to analyze how professionals reconcile the two spheres of life – professional and private life. For this, it was necessary to address and understand how these professionals use the time between the double shift, how the conciliation practices are valued and perceived by them, so that there is a healthy reconciliation between the two spheres. It is common sense that between women and men, it is women who, in general, may feel and still feel more difficulties in reconciling the two spheres of life. The insertion of women in the labor market has led to changes in their relationship with the world, generating readjustments in all spheres of their lives. Regarding to the chosen methodology, the defined objectives were put into practice through a quatitative study. A questionnaire survey was applied, to which we had 56 professionals adhering to it, from different organizations and different professional categories. A questionnaire is just a set of questions, designed to generate the data needed to verify whether the objectives of a project have been achieved. We realized through the applied study that the organizations represented by the participants are mostly not governed only by the law, and therefore, present their workers with a range of benefits different from what the legislation provides. There seems to be a negative spillover on private life, there is a widespread group of people who find it difficult to enjoy and enjoy their free time, outside the workplace.
