Abstract(s)
Este relatório de projeto foi elaborado no âmbito do 2º Mestrado em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental
e Psiquiatria, da Escola Superior de Saúde - Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal e dos objetivos
consistiram em relatar o Projeto de Intervenção em Serviço (PIS), produzido com base na
Metodologia de Projeto, bem como proceder à análise crítica das competências do Mestre em
Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiatria.
O PIS foi baseado no estágio realizado numa unidade de desabituação de substâncias psicoativas,
em Lisboa e contemplou as fases da metodologia de projeto.
Foi definido como objetivo geral: Promover a motivação da pessoa adicta internada na unidade, no
seu processo de transição da dependência do uso de substâncias psicoativas, para a autonomia.
Das questões de partida “Qual a motivação da pessoa adicta para o tratamento, no sentido da
transição para a abstinência? Quais são as intervenções de enfermagem promotoras da motivação
para o tratamento da pessoa adicta desenvolvidas pela equipa do contexto de estágio? Quais são
as melhorias que podem ser introduzidas no contexto de estágio em matéria de intervenções de
enfermagem promotoras da motivação para o tratamento da pessoa adicta?”. Partimos para a etapa
de diagnóstico de situação, onde foram utilizados instrumentos de colheita de dados. Recorremos à
aplicação da escala SOCRATES 8D, para avaliar a motivação para tratamento, a análise de uma
sessão com o tema “Prevenção da Recaída”, a entrevistas a enfermeiros da Unidade e a uma
análise SWOT.
Para que o planeamento das intervenções realizadas satisfizesse a necessidade dos participantes
da amostra, recorreu-se à evidência científica sobre o tema, suportámo-nos no Modelo Transteórico
e na Teoria de Transição de MELEIS. Os resultados deste PIS foram estudados à luz dos modelos
referidos anteriormente e incorporaram o processo de enfermagem que permitiu guiar a prestação
de cuidados e a prática clinica adequada à situação problema.
Este relatório possibilita a evidência do percurso feito no desenvolvimento do PIS, e apresenta como
objetivo principal dar a conhecer os resultados do estudo realizado, tendo como referência os
objetivos gerais do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiatria.
This project report was prepared under the 2nd Master’s Degree of Nursing in Mental and Psychiatric Health course held by Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal and objectives consisted of reporting the Intervention Project in Service (PIS), produced based on the Methodology Project and making a critical analysis of the competences of the Master in Psychiatry and Mental Health Nursing. The PIS was performed based on the stage in a withdrawal unit of psychoactive substances, in Lisbon and looked phases of design methodology. It was defined as general objective: To promote the motivation of addicted person admitted to the unit, its transition from dependence on the use of psychoactive substances for autonomy. The starting questions "What is the motivation of the person addicted to treatment, towards the transition to abstinence? What are the nursing interventions that promote motivation for the treatment of adding one developed by the stage of the context of the team? What are the improvements that can be introduced at the stage of context in the field of nursing interventions promoting the motivation for the treatment of the person addicted? ". We start for diagnostic situation where data collection instruments were used. We appealed to the implementation of SOCRATES 8D scale to assess motivation for treatment , analysis of a session with the theme " Prevention of Relapse ", the interviews Unit nurses and a SWOT analysis. For the planning of interventions satisfy the need of sample participants appealed to the scientific evidence on the subject, endured us on Transtheoretical Model and MELEIS Transition Theory. The results of this PIS were studied in the light of the models mentioned above and incorporated the nursing process that enabled us to guide the care and proper clinical practice to the problem situation. This report provides evidence of the journey made in the development of PIS, and has as main objective to make known the results of the study, with reference to the overall objectives of the Master's Degree in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing.
