| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de estágio curricular surge no âmbito da conclusão do ciclo de estudos de mestrado em Gestão de Recursos Humanos na Universidade Europeia. O estágio foi realizado na empresa Fórmula do Talento, Consultora em Recursos Humanos em Lisboa, sendo que a área do estágio teve principal foco na área da Formação e Desenvolvimento, mas estive presente em todas as áreas da empresa, nomeadamente Outsourcing da Direção de Recursos Humanos, Consultoria de Recursos Humanos, Recrutamento e Seleção, Comercial e Comunicação. O presente documento é composto por oito capítulos, o primeiro capítulo corresponde à introdução, o segundo capítulo corresponde à revisão da literatura, no terceiro à apresentação do estágio, no quarto capítulo será feita a apresentação da organização, no quinto capítulo estará presente a descrição das tarefas, no sexto capítulo o balanço crítico, no sétimo capítulo o desenvolvimento de uma proposta de melhoria e no oitavo e último capítulo a conclusão. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This curricular internship report comes within the scope of the conclusion of the Master's study cycle in Human Resources Management at the European University. The internship was carried out at Fórmula do Talento, a Human Resources Consultant in Lisbon, and the internship area was mainly focused on Training and Development, but I was present in all areas of the company, namely Outsourcing of the Human Resources Department , Human Resources Consulting, Recruitment and Selection, Sales and Communication. This document is composed of eight chapters, the first chapter corresponds to the introduction, the second chapter corresponds to the literature review, the third to the presentation of the internship, the fourth chapter will present the organization, the fifth chapter will present the description of the tasks, in the sixth chapter the critical balance, in the seventh chapter the development of an improvement proposal and in the eighth and last chapter the conclusion. | pt_PT |
