Abstract(s)
O seguinte Relatório de Estágio aborda os temas da doença cardiovascular, da doença oncológica e da prescrição de exercício físico clínico. Com o objetivo de aprofundar conhecimentos nas referidas temáticas, o estagiário realizou dois estágios distintos, o primeiro na fase II e fase III do Centro de Reabilitação Cardiovascular do CHULN/FMUL/CRECUL, no âmbito da doença cardiovascular, e o segundo no Clube VII, no âmbito da doença oncológica.
Na fase inicial do relatório é descrito o enquadramento da prática profissional, onde é realizada uma revisão da literatura dos temas em estudo, e é descrita a realização da prática profissional dos dois estágios realizados, onde é feita a caracterização dos locais de estágio e é detalhada a intervenção do estagiário nos mesmos.
Na parte final é efetuado um balanço das atividades realizadas nos estágios considerando os objetivos previamente definidos. O número de horas dedicadas às diferentes tarefas/atividades realizadas e as perspetivas futuras em termos profissionais são outros temas abordados na reflexão e conclusão.
The following Internship Report addresses the topics of cardiovascular disease, oncological disease and the prescription of clinical exercise. In order to deepen knowledge on these themes, the intern performed two distinct internships, the first in phase II and phase III of the Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Center of CHULN/FMUL/CRECUL, in the field of cardiovascular disease, and the second at Clube VII, within the scope of cancer disease. In the initial phase of the report, the framework of professional practice is described, where a literature review of the topics under study is carried out, and the description of the professional practice of the two internships is performed, including the characterization of the internship sites is made, and the intern's intervention is detailed. In the final part, a balance of the activities carried out in the internships is made considering the previously defined objectives. The number of hours dedicated to the different tasks/activities performed and the future perspectives in professional terms are other topics addressed in the reflection and conclusion.
