Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease (KFD) is a rare, benign, necrotizing lymphadenitis of unknown aetiology with good prognosis. It is characterized by c, cand fever. Surgical excision of the c, histopathological study and immunophenotyping are crucial for diagnosis.
