Abstract(s)
As instituições privadas e públicas buscam sempre a melhor estratégia para
alcançarem o sucesso no cumprimento de sua missão, baseadas nos seus valores
organizacionais, com foco na Visão de Futuro. Atualmente, com a enorme quantidade de
dados disponíveis e grande velocidade de circulação de informações, é fundamental que a
Alta Administração da organização esteja comprometida no fomento de uma Gestão
Estratégica eficiente, com foco na capacitação de seu pessoal.
Consciente da importância da Gestão Estratégica para o alcance de seus objetivos
estratégicos, a Marinha do Brasil, por meio do Sistema de Ensino Naval, busca, ao longo
da carreira, aprimorar o conhecimento de seu pessoal nesta área. Assim, este trabalho tem
o propósito de propor contributos para a Gestão Estratégica da Marinha do Brasil, no
âmbito da capacitação de pessoal, especialmente dos Oficiais.
Para o alcance do Objetivo deste estudo, optou-se por uma estratégia mista, com
recolha de dados por meio de pesquisa documental, questionário junto aos Oficiais em
cargos de Comando em Direção e uma entrevista estruturada com o responsável da
condução da Gestão Estratégica na Alta Administração da Marinha do Brasil.
Como resultado, disponibiliza-se um conjunto de contributos que visam aprimorar a
Gestão Estratégica da Marinha do Brasil.
Private and public organisatiosn always seek the best strategy to successfully accomplish their mission, based on their organizational values, with a focus on the Vision of the Future. Currently, with the huge amount of data available and the huge speed of information circulation, it is essential the commitment of the organization's leaders to promoting efficient Strategic Management, focusing on training its personnel. Aware of the importance of Strategic Management for achieving its strategic objectives, the Brazilian Navy improves its personnel's knowledge in this subject, throughtout their career, by the Naval Education System. Thus, this study has the purpose of proposing contributions to the Strategic Management of the Brazilian Navy, within the scope of personnel training, especially the Officers. In order to achieve the Objective of this study, a mixed strategy was chosen, with data collection through documentary research, a questionnaire answered by the Officers in Command and Management positions and a structured interview with the Admiral responsible for high-level Strategic Management in the Brazilian Navy. As a result, some contributions was proposed to improve the Strategic Management of the Brazilian Navy.
