Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação aborda o processo de Acolhimento e
Integração na Empresa Carrinho SA, em Angola (setor da
Indústria e Comércio), tratando-se de um estudo de caso.
Este estudo procura refletir sobre a forma como as práticas de
acolhimento e integração aplicadas pelo Grupo Carrinho podem
contribuir para a promoção de atitudes e comportamentos face à
competitividade organizacional.
Os dados recolhidos resultaram da aplicação de um questionário
a uma amostra de 230 novos colaboradores, que ingressaram na
empresa nos últimos 24 meses. Após a sua recolha, os dados
foram posteriormente analisados através do software SPSS.
Ao analisar os resultados obtidos, de um modo geral, os
colaboradores consideraram que o processo de acolhimento
realizado pelo Grupo Carrinho foi bem executado, tanto na
forma, no conteúdo como na duração, sendo que, as respostas
dadas sobre a aprendizagem da cultura do Grupo Carrinho
revelou-se bastante positiva, sendo que os inquiridos referem ter
conhecimento sobre a missão, visão e valores do grupo, sobre as
rotinas e padrões das atividades a realizar, sobre os papéis dos
membros da equipa de trabalho e a importância de cada um para
cumprir a missão do grupo, sobre os padrões de conduta, normas
e regras do grupo, entre outras. Os resultados indicam ainda que
o processo de integração tem impacto estatisticamente
significativo na aprendizagem e assimilação da cultura
organizacional. Entre as estratégias de integração/socialização
utilizadas na empresa apenas a tutoria se revelou eficaz na
transmissão da cultura organizacional.
This dissertation deals with the Welcome and Integration process at Carrinho SA Company in Angola (Industry and Commerce sector), being a case study. This study seeks to reflect on how the welcoming and integration practices applied by Grupo Carrinho can contribute to the promotion of attitudes and behaviors in the face of organizational competitiveness. The data collected resulted from the application of a questionnaire to a sample of 230 new employees who joined the company in the last 24 months. After collection, the data were later analyzed using the SPSS software. When analyzing the results obtained, in general, the employees considered that the reception process carried out by Grupo Carrinho was well executed, both in form, content and duration, with the answers given about learning about the Grupo Carrinho’s culture proved to be quite positive, with respondents reporting having knowledge about the group's mission, vision and values, about the routines and patterns of activities to be carried out, about the roles of the work team members and the importance of each one for fulfill the group's mission, regarding the standards of conduct, norms and rules of the group, among others. The results also indicate that the integration process has a statistically significant impact on learning and assimilation of organizational culture. Among the integration/socialization strategies used in the company, only mentoring proved to be most effective in communicating the organizational culture.
