Este Relatório foi desenvolvido no âmbito do 6º Mestrado em Enfermagem em associação na área
de Especialização em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica.
Pretendemos com este trabalho refletir todo o nosso percurso ao longo destes dois anos no que
diz respeito à aquisição de competências comuns e específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Saúde
Mental e Psiquiátrica bem como das competências de Mestre em Enfermagem.
O Relatório aborda a questão da cessação tabágica nos utentes internados num serviço de
psiquiatria de agudos, onde foi utilizada a metodologia de projeto. Dando enfase à utilização de
entrevistas motivacionais e terapias cognitivo-comportamentais.
Aborda também a questão da não adesão ao regime terapêutico dos utentes internados num
serviço de pedopsiquiatria e psiquiatria, pelo que foi desenvolvida e implementada a metodologia de
projeto baseada em intervenções de psicoeducação em enfermagem e em entrevistas motivacionais.
Também foi aplicada a metodologia estudo de caso e foram desenvolvidas diversas atividades
psicoterapêuticas como o autorretrato e a cineterapia
This Report was developed in the ambit of the 6th Master's Degree in Nursing in association in the field of Specialization of Mental and Psychiatric Health Nursing. We intend, with this academic work, to reflect about our entire journey over these two years of studies regarding the acquisition of the common and specific skills of the Specialist Nurse in Mental and Psychiatric Health, as well as the skills of a Master in Nursing. The Report approaches the matter of the smoking cessation in patients admitted to an acute psychiatry ward, where the project methodology was used. Giving special attention to the use of motivational interviews and cognitive-behavioral therapies. It also approaches the issue of non-adherence to therapeutic of patients admitted to a psychiatry ward for young patients. Based on this, a project methodology was also developed, where for psychoeducation interventions in nursing and motivational interviews were planned and implemented. The case study methodology was also applied and several psychotherapeutic activities were developed such as self-portrait and cinetherapy.
