This report frames the integration of Reiki as a strategy of the Specialist Nurse in Maternal and Obstetric Health in health promotion in the pregnancy-puerperal cycle. As part of the growing recognition of Complementary and Integrative Therapies, the report is based on the Comfort Theory, privileging a woman-centered approach and oriented towards holistic well-being. This report aims to analyze the implementation of the Formative Intervention Project (PIF) focused on the integration of Reiki as a strategy of EEESMO in health promotion in the pregnancy-puerperal cycle and to highlight the mobilization and development of common, specific EEESMO and master's skills in the different Clinical Teachings (CE). Methodologically, a literature review was carried out in scientific databases in complementarity with free research, gray literature, and data collection through observation, informal conversations, and structured instruments applied to women and nurses. The results were treated through descriptive and critical analysis, revealing low levels of literacy about Reiki, contrasting with the high receptivity to the theme. The activities developed were decisive for the promotion of comfort, well-being and humanization of care, as well as for the awareness and training of professionals. At the same time, there was the mobilization of common, EEESMO-specific and master-specific skills, evidenced in the sustained integration of evidence, clinical decision-making, and the implementation of woman-centered care. It is concluded that Reiki shows potential as a complementary strategy in the differentiated care provided by EEESMO, reinforcing the need for its integration based on scientific evidence, professional training and a woman-centered approach.
