Este relatório surge no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão de Recursos humanos, no seguimento do estágio que a estagiária realizou na Chronopost Portugal S.A, e conta como objetivo principal, a descrição e análise das atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do período de estágio.
De forma geral, este relatório divide-se em cinco capítulos. O primeiro capítulo trata-se de uma secção introdutória ao relatório. O segundo, refere-se à revisão de literatura sobre o processo de Recrutamento e Seleção, prática de maior contacto no decorrer do estágio. No terceiro capítulo, surge uma apresentação da empresa e do departamento de Recursos Humanos. No quarto e quinto capítulo, de carácter mais prático, descreve-se as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio e uma breve análise das atividades à luz da teoria.
Na última parte deste relatório, encontrará a conclusão sobre o estágio, bem como uma avaliação pessoal da estagiária.
This report is part of a Master Degre in Human Resource Management following an internship at Chronopost Portugal S.A., and has the main objective the description and analysis of the activities developed during the internship. This report is divided in five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction of the report. The second chapter is the review of the literature about recruitment and selection process, what was most practiced during the internship. The third chapter is the presentation of the company and the humam resources department. In the four and fith chapter, the most pratical, is the description of the activities developed during the stage and a brief analysis of the activities associeted with the theory. The last part of the report, is the conclusion about the internship, as well the evaluation of the trainee.
