Abstract(s)
This dissertation, entitled of Needs Assessment and minimum Requirements for the formation of the Seveso Directive, aims to characterize this reality within the industrial sector, more specifically the outsourcing workers, in a perspective of understanding it and simultaneously improve the conditions of this group. Being the industrial sector very vast and diversified, where companies are facing not only different realities but as well similar professional risks, there is a huge demand in contracting specialized labor in the most diverse areas, of which we often call as subcontractors or contractors. Those are the workers that work in the companies in daily basis, being subject to different training. Approaches, and those are the works that we will refer during the assessment. Initially in order to be able to contextualize the object of the study of this work, I’ve started by approaching theoretical models on the subjects in question, which will be the basis of the work. As part of this assessment, interviews were conducted by interview, and semi-structured interviews were carried out. Also bibliographical research and documentary analysis were also carried out, as well as information was collected from the respondents who were available to participate in the surveys. Based on the results above and relevant literature, I would suggest that would be an advantage, On the one hand would maximize production and on the other hand would minimize works accidents.
