Abstract(s)
riscos, criatividade, produtividade, habilidades sociais,
comunicação, resiliência, comportamento ético, empatia,
automotivação, autocuidado e abertura. Além disso, eles
têm uma inclinação para aprendizagem socializada e
frequentam espaços de coworking. Esses ambientes
compartilhados combatem o isolamento, melhoram o
colaboração, fortalecendo a comunidade e apoiando as
comunidades.
Digital nomadism, enabled by technological advancements, offers a distinct working arrangement that combines remote work and mobility. To sustain this lifestyle, digital nomads need soft skills such as organization, financial management, adaptability, risk control, creativity, productivity, social skills, communication, resilience, ethical behaviour, empathy, self-motivation, self-care, and openness. In addition, they have a penchant for socialized learning and frequent coworking spaces. These shared environments combat isolation, improve work-life balance, reduce costs, and provide opportunities for partnerships and innovation. In this context, analog games can play a key role by promoting skills, fostering communities, and providing an informal, fun, and safe environment for digital nomads to explore, connect, and learn. This study examined the use of analog games to develop entrepreneurship and innovation skills for digital nomads. Interviews with these workers and coworking managers and a gaming session were conducted in one of these spaces, highlighting that games can enhance connections and collaboration, strengthening community and supporting the soft skills of digital nomads. This study is relevant to research on digital nomadism, soft skills, and post pandemic learning approaches, and benefits the personal development of digital nomads and coworking managers interested in building community.
