Este relatório descreve o estágio realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão
Estratégica de Recursos Humanos, do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, no
Departamento de Consultoria Recursos Humanos de uma das Big Four. O estágio, que
decorreu entre 5 de dezembro de 2023 a 7 de junho de 2024, proporcionou uma imersão
em práticas avançadas de gestão de talentos e ofereceu uma visão abrangente das
políticas e estratégias utilizadas para a retenção de colaboradores, com foco na
Geração Z.
No âmbito deste estágio foi desenvolvido um projeto organizacional aplicado cujo
objetivo principal foi conhecer os fatores de retenção da Geração Z. Neste contexto,
foram delineados os seguintes objetivos específicos: identificar as práticas e políticas
organizacionais existentes na empresa para reter os trabalhadores da Geração Z, e
conhecer as perceções dos colaboradores da Geração Z sobre essas práticas,
identificando pontos fortes e áreas de melhoria.
Para além da elaboração deste projeto, a estagiária esteve envolvida em várias
atividades complementares, como a avaliação e qualificação de funções, a realização
de estudos salariais e a contribuição para a revisão de políticas salariais e estudos de
clima organizacional.
This report describes the internship carried out as part of the Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, in the Human Resources Consulting Department of one of the Big Four. The internship, which ran from December 5, 2023 to June 7, 2024, provided an immersion in advanced talent management practices and offered a comprehensive view of the policies and strategies used for employee retention, with a focus on Generation Z. As part of this internship, an applied organizational project was carried out, the main aim of which was to find out about the factors for retaining Generation Z. In this context, the following specific objectives were outlined: to identify the company's existing organizational practices and policies for retaining Generation Z workers and to find out Generation Z workers' perceptions of these practices, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. In addition to the main project, the intern was involved in various complementary activities, such as evaluating and qualifying jobs, carrying out salary studies and contributing to the review of salary policies and organizational climate studies.
